ALWAYS ISSUES with this app. Updated 1/22/24. App crashes every time I try to view my Redeemed Rewards. Worse, the update erased my shopping list. The clipped deals appear, but not my list items. I had to re-add everything. The Add-to-List icon on search results pages is so small that it usually means you open the item instead - wasted clicks. Will Shaw's ever get a clue and hire an actual professional to fix this thing???

Every time I open the app, it kicks me out. I cleared the cache, uninstalled, reinstalled, updated and restarted the app on 2 different devices, multiple times, and it still crashes every time, and saya the app has a bug. I guess I won't be giving Shaw's my business anymore, until they fix this app. BTW, company responses on other's complaints say to chat with customer service on the app, but you can’t chat in an app that won't open.

Like that you can see weekly ads on it, easily clip the deals I want in a category by doing a general search of the item and make lists of what to get. It would really help if they added sending a text as a verification option. I got signed out and several times when I tried to sign back in on the app from my cell it reopened and the code I got became useless. But other than that I've been using it for a long time.
