Since the update took place, I haven't had all the problems that other people are discribing. This is one of the better supermarket apps, where the coupons are broken down into categories and not all bunched together like Stop & Shop. Where you have to go through every single coupon, with no sense organization. At least here, there's some sense of order. As far as delivery or pick-up orders go. That is a feature I have used a few times, and it is quite convenient. I really like it.

This app is very buggy. I cannot place an order because I cannot add any items to my cart. I keep getting the error message OSMS-CART-0003. I tried to chat with a representative but they couldn't see the messages I was sending them and disconnected the chat. I have tried clearing cache, data, and reinstalling and nothing works. Very disappointing. I used to order from Shaws weekly but I think I will be switching to Walmart now, they have a far superior app.

This app is not reliable, especially since the latest update. Usually it's slow to load, will show you the same items you already added over and over and overall slow to click on anything or add more than one of any item. Now with the latest update it keeps having errors and can't search for items. Then when you try to checkout and reserve a time it errors and you have to close out the app multiple times before you can complete checkout. The app is full of bugs, errors and code issues!
